The present Terms and Conditions of sale are applicable to everyone visiting the website www.eudaimoniajewelry.com, either to browse or purchase its products.

Our Terms and Conditions of sale may be revised and updated at any time, therefore, please be advised to check them as often as possible for any updates or changes that may impact you. Such revisions, updates, modifications, additions or deletions in the Terms will take effect immediately, from their posting on our Site. Any use of our Site following such modifications shall be considered as an acceptance by the User of any revisions updates, modifications, additions or deletions. The Company cannot be held liable for charges imposed by your internet provider or browser for accessing the Site.

By entering the Site, you confirm that you are over the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence and that you are fully authorized to use a credit or debit card to pay for your order.

Orders

Your submission of any personal information to the Site will be collected solely for the purpose to fulfill any orders placed through the Site via the relevant order form.

Prior to processing your order (a contract according to par. 2 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994), Eudaimonia Shapes & Objects will inform you of the below information regarding your order:

1) the name and address of the supplier,

2) the product characteristics,

3) the price, the quantity and the cost of transportation of the products, as well as the value added tax (VAT), if not included in the price,

4) the method of payment, delivery and execution of the order,

5) the time-frame within which the disclosed offer or price is valid (in cases of special and limited offers) and,

6) the right of withdrawal

When you place your order and your payment has been successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email, including your invoice in Euros and a courier tracking number. Your order will be dispatched in a customized jewellery box along with a branded guarantee. The processing of your order will take approximately 7-8 business days after purchase with the exception of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Depending on the destination, delivery might take between 7-10 business days. In case of delays, please notify us at info@eudaimoniajewelry.com so that we may follow up with the courier company and inform you accordingly. If your order is delayed, for reasons beyond our control, for more than fifteen (15) business days, you have the right to cancel your order, in which case you will be refunded in full. In cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances being at play, the Company cannot be held in any way liable by the Customer, for being unable to process, fulfil, ship or deliver your order. Force majeure events which amongst others are fire, flood, earthquakes, other natural disasters, terrorist attacks, lack of raw material, local or country-wide lock-downs, strikes, civil unrest, pandemic, etc.)

Prices

Prices on this Site are in Euros and include VAT. Prices do not include customized orders, special requests, delivery or special packaging fees. All charges will be shown to you prior to the completion of your order. Eudaimonia Shapes & Objects reserves the right to alter prices to reflect changes in the sales strategy or market conditions, material prices.

Payments

Payments can be made using most debit and credit cards of major banks, through your PayPal account or by bank transfer. Once your payment has been processed and received by us, we will notify you via email and confirm your order. Eudaimonia Shapes & Objects uses secure financial transaction systems in collaboration with official financial institutions.

Shipping

All our deliveries are handled by TNT / FEDEX and normally take 2-5 business days depending on the final destination point. As our products are delivered by external partners, delivery times are estimations and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed by Eudaimonia Shapes & Objects.

The shipping costs and delivery are as follows:

• Free shipping for all orders within Greece.Orders that ship within the Attica prefecture have an estimated delivery period of 1-2 business days. For all other destinations within Greece the estimated delivery period is 1-4 business days.
• Free shipping for orders over 150€ within EU with an estimated delivery period of 4-5 business days. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, 1-2 business days the shipping cost will be 20€, depending on the destination.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return purchased items from the Website within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. A return request along with a copy of the receipt needs to be sent to us via email for confirmation. Upon receival of this return request, we will send you the steps to follow in order to return your items .  Returns should be sent to:

Please note that we do not cover return costs.

Please remember to include the original purchase receipt inside the box, together with the certificate of authenticity.

A full refund will be issued following our inspection of the returned items for damages.  All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags, labels and stickers intact otherwise the items will be sent back at the Customer’s expense. Any damage to the items upon their return to us is solely the responsibility of the Customer.

The credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that any return charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returned items cannot be replaced or exchanged with other items. Should you wish to buy another item through our e-shop, a new order must be placed and a new payment must be made.

The Company shall not under any circumstances be held legally liable or responsible for any damages, expenses or compensation requests on the part of the Customer, in case of a delay of delivery of items purchased from the Site. Delivery times are estimations provided by external partners and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order by contacting us at info@eudaimonia.com, indicating that you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued (banking and administrative charges may apply, in which case they will be deducted from the final refunded amount). If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive the shipment and subsequently arrange for it to be sent back to us (please refer to section Returns & Refunds). Any incurred costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Repairs

Our jewellery leaves our hands in pristine condition but as they are all handmade items, it is possible that some natural wear might occur over time. A 6-month free return and repair service is available if your item loses its original shape or appearance, due to craftsmanship or original material issues. This 6-month period is calculated from the date shown on the purchase receipt of the item. For repairs due to other damages or mistreatment or mishandling of the jewellery, please refer to section Returns & Refunds. In this case, all shipment and return charges are incurred by the Customer. The present policy covers only the items purchased through this e-shop.

Jewellery Maintenance Tips

Please avoid bringing your jewellery in direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sprays and other cosmetics that can potentially cause damage. Do not use harsh cleaning agents to clean your jewellery such as alcohol, bleach, ammonia etc. If you feel the need to clean your jewellery, use some mild soap with warm water and a soft cloth. Remember to store your jewellery away from extreme weather and temperature conditions, always in their original box or in a protective pouch to safeguard against accidental damage.

If you think your jewellery looks tarnished or if you are interested in our touch up services offered by our team of skilled technicians, please contact us at info@eudaimonia.com and we will inform you of the relative cost. (shipping and return charges are incurred by the Customer)

Personal Data Protection

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide complete and real personal, payment and delivery information for orders placed through our Site. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority.
